gaspacho

gaspacho recipe for 8 people

chop 8/10 tomatoes, 1 celery heart, 2 cucumbers, 1 small onion, 1 red pepper, fresh basil

use a blender (before pouring the chopped veggies, pour a glass of mineral water)

add sea salt and 4/6 table spoons of olive oil

Blend well

It's ready to serve at room temp and delicious
